Thank you for your interest in becoming a CHW Service Partner.
To begin receiving work orders we require the following:
- Copy of your general liability insurance.
- You must list Choice Home Warranty, 2147 Route 27 South, Edison NJ 08817, as a Certificate Holder.
- Copy of your Driver’s License or valid Photo ID.
- Copy of Contractor’s/Trade license.
Please log into our Service Partner Portal, select the “Credentials” link from the main menu (left side) and follow the instructions on the page.
As a CHW Service Partner you will play an important role in ensuring continued customer satisfaction. The customers you obtain by servicing on behalf of CHW are a great resource for expanding your retail customer base.
